The first 12 weeks after birth are tender, overwhelming, and deeply transformative. Cradled. offers calm, capable in-home support to help you rest, recover, and find your rhythm day or night.

Meet KOURTNEY

Certified Postpartum Doula. Comfort food enthusiast. Your go-to for honest support when things feel messy.

I’m here to mother the mother—offering calm, in-home support through the first 12 weeks after birth. Whether you’re looking for help with newborn care, sleep support, emotional recovery, or just someone to fold the laundry and make you a nourishing meal, I’m here to make sure you are cared for, too.

But more than that—I’m here to hold space for all of it.

With a background in emergency care and postpartum education, I bring both clinical expertise and intuitive care into every home I support. I’m a DONA-trained postpartum doula, nationally registered paramedic, CPR instructor, and CPST—blending practical knowledge with heart-centered care.

I became a postpartum doula because I believe no one should have to navigate early motherhood alone. My support is evidence-based, nonjudgmental, and deeply personal. I don’t come with a script—I come with open ears, warm meals, clean hands, and a calm presence that says:
You’re not doing this alone.

In past lives, I’ve been a nurturer in many forms—friend, sister, birth worker, and advocate for new moms who feel overlooked in the rush of it all. At the heart of everything I do is the belief that when mothers are cared for, families thrive.

The joy and the doubt. The “I’ve got this” and the “What am I doing?”

The quiet moments, the 3am tears, the small wins and the meltdowns that follow. My role isn’t to fix or critique. I’m here to lighten your load, offer guidance when it’s welcome, and help your home feel more peaceful during this tender transition.

I show up quietly. I hold space with warmth and confidence. I trust your instincts—and help you trust them too.

When I walk through your door, I’m there to help you exhale.

In past lives, I’ve been a nurturer in many forms—friend, sister, birth worker, and advocate for new moms who feel overlooked in the rush of it all.

At the heart of everything I do is the belief that when mothers are cared for, families thrive.

I’m not just a service. I’m here to mother the mother.

What Being Cradled Feels like

Frequently Asked Questions

Think of me as your in-home support system for the fourth trimester. I help with newborn care (feeding, soothing, diapering), offer gentle guidance on sleep and routines, prep meals, do light tidying, and most importantly—check in on you. My role is to nurture the nurturer. I’m here to help you rest, recover, and feel confident as you find your rhythm in new parenthood.

Support looks different for everyone. Some families want a few visits in the early days, while others prefer ongoing help over several weeks. I focus on the first 12 weeks postpartum, and I offer both day and night shifts so we can build a plan that meets you where you are.

The earlier the better—especially if you’d like to secure care for your first few weeks home. That said, if you’ve already had your baby and realize you could use more support (because who doesn’t?), I’m just a message away. Whether we plan ahead or start in the thick of it, there’s no wrong time to reach out.

There’s no one-size-fits-all answer. During our connection call, we’ll talk about your goals, support system, and needs—and I’ll offer suggestions based on that. Some parents want intensive support for the first few weeks, others prefer a steady weekly rhythm. We’ll design a plan that helps you feel held, heard, and not alone.

Nannies care for your baby. I care for you and your baby. I’m trained specifically in postpartum recovery, newborn development, and emotional wellbeing during the first 12 weeks after birth. My support goes beyond holding your baby—it’s about holding space for everything you're navigating in this tender season.
